"Calculating" screen should have automatic dimensions #11

I can have a huge terminal, but the "Calculating..." screen only takes up a very small portion of it. Instead, it should use (almost) all of the available width.

In special, since the width is so small, it is hard/impossible to actually see which directory is being scanned right now. In my case, if I run ncdu on my home dir, all I can see is: "/home/myname/.../XYZ.1234", which is a non-sense name present inside the cache directory of one of my browsers. I'd love to actually see which one, so I would cancel and --exclude it.

(bonus points if the current path is wrapped in that screen in case it doesn't fit!) :)

Done, git version now automatically sizes the box based on the width of your terminal.
